The Forsyth Rehabilitation Center helps patients achieve a high level of function and independence through work on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Salem MRI is a freestanding outpatient facility that performs 6,000 magnetic resonance imaging services annually, and features extended scheduling hours from 6:30 a.m. until 11 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more information, call (336) 277-0200.
Both of these facilities are skilled nursing facilities offering long-term care and respite services. Both facilities offer in-house physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies, based on physician referral.
