The seventh annual Smash Cancer Tennis Benefit for the Nurse Navigator Program of the Derrick L. Davis Forsyth Regional Cancer Center will be held at Vision Tennis Center, 1421 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, (exit 242 off US 421 N.) Clemmons, NC on Oct. 13 - 14, 2011.

The minimum donation per player is $50 for doubles play.
Registration deadline is Oct. 10.
Donation includes continental breakfast or refreshments at the time of your event and a Friday night dinner for you and your guest.
