We are deeply grateful to be chosen to receive memorial gifts honoring the memory of your family member. Memorial gifts to Forsyth Medical Center touch the lives of literally thousands of people in this area. All gifts to the Forsyth Medical Center Foundation support patient programs and services that provide the margin of excellence in medical care that is our mission: to improve the health of this community, one person at a time. A Foundation board comprised of community volunteers takes its stewardship of donor gifts very seriously and appreciates your caring generosity.
