  • Our therapists use specialized treatment methods such as taping combined with exercise, soft tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization to meet individual needs and differences. To reduce pain and inflammation, electrical stimulation, ultrasound and cold packs may be used for initial treatment.
    Exercises designed specifically for you are added as appropriate to restore normal movement and increase strength as well as decrease pain and /or swelling. Our staff will use their numerous years of experience to make your recovery as quick as possible.
    After completion of the formal therapy program, services offered through the Wellness or Sports Conditioning Programs may be appropriate.
    The Driving Rehabilitation Program helps people affected by injury, illness or disability return to driving through evaluation and training.
    Seeking Treatment?
    A prescription for physical or occupational therapy from a physician is necessary to make an appointment. Orthopaedic rehabilitation services are offered through the Martinat Outpatient Rehabilitation Center locations in Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Mocksville and Mount Airy. Our staff will attempt to verify your insurance coverage prior to your first appointment. We accept most insurances.
