Forsyth Rehabilitation Center is excited to announce the arrival of a new, advanced therapy for those patients who have been affected by stroke, spinal cord or brain injurythe NESS H200. We are first in the Carolinas to provide this state-of-the-art technology.
The staff at Martinat and Whitaker are the first clinicians in the Carolinas to be trained and certified to evaluate and treat patients with this new technology. The NESS H200 is brought to us through a partnership with Bioness® Inc., an Alfred E. Mann Foundation affiliated company.
The NESS H200 by Bioness® is a device designed to help improve hand movement and even grasp objectsa task you may have found to be impossible. The device, worn on the forearm and hand, enables the hand to open and close, reduces stiffness, increases range of motion and strength, and improves circulation.
