Job Demands Analysis is performed by specially trained physical and occupational therapists to analyze the physical requirements of performing a job in order to write a functional job description, create a post-offer screen or create a restricted duty program.
This screening is performed by a certified physical or occupational therapist to assess whether the newly-hired employee can physically perform tasks that are required in the job they were hired for.
In this program, a physical or occupational therapist will create custom, educational presentations for employers about topics such as proper body mechanics, proper lifting techniques, maintaining a healthy back and more.
The Supported Employment Program helps people with disabilities find and keep a job.
