Job Demands Analysis
Job Demands Analysis is performed by specially trained physical and occupational therapists to analyze the physical requirements of performing a job in order to write a functional job description, create a post-offer screening or restricted duty program.
Would a Job Demands Analysis make sense for my company?

    • Your company would like to test people post-job-offer to determine whether they can physically do the job
    • Your company has higher worker's compensation costs because you are unable to safely place injured workers in restricted duty assisgnments
