- Proper lifting techniques
- Maintaining a healthy back
- On-the-job exercises
- Ergonomic computer workstation arrangement
- Value of restricted duty programs
- Ergonomics Team training (after ergonomic analysis and implementation of an ergonomics program)
- Many more topics
These presentations can be delivered as:
- A regular part of orientation sessions
- A yearly review session
- Special mandatory inservices
- Voluntary attendance inservices
- Management or supervisor training
- Return-demonstration sessions
