Natalie Boyce, First Baby Of New Year At Forsyth Medical Center

WINSTON-SALEM Michael and Amanda Boyce of Winston-Salem are proud parents of a healthy baby girl born this morning at the Sara Lee Center for Womens Health at Forsyth Medical Center. At 7 pounds 6 ounces, Natalie Boyce was delivered at the medical center at 1:44 a.m. to claim the distinction of first baby of the New Year born at FMC. Mother and daughter are both in good condition.
The mothers mother is a charge nurse at the Mother/Baby unit at FMC and was on duty at the time of the delivery. Four other mothers delivered healthy babies between midnight and 6 a.m. this morning. It is projected that more than 6,400 babies will be delivered this year at Forsyth Medical Centers Sara Lee Center for Womens Health.
