Measuring Quality
There area a number of initiatives throughout the country to measure the quality of healthcare.
Nationwide, Americans are searching for ways to better evaluate the quality of hospitals, physician clinics and other healthcare providers. To date, there are no universally accepted ways to measure differences among organizations and people who provide medical care - but that's changing.
At Forsyth Medical Center, quality is our highest priority. We voluntarily participate in several national programs to measure the quality and value of our care. As national standards evolve, we will continue to help you understand how we compare with other hospitals, and what we are doing to constantly improve our quality of care.
