A healthy lifestyle including exercise and good nutrition is one of the best defenses to prevent heart disease. If all forms of major cardiovascular disease were eliminated, it is predicted that life expectancy in the U.S. would rise by nearly seven years.
The healthcare professionals at Forsyth Cardiac & Vascular Center work with patients and their families to eliminate and minimize cardiovascular risk factors and to improve their chances for enjoying long, heart-healthy, happy lives.
