About the Program
In this Orientation program, participants spend time in unit orientation, complimented by additional classroom and group-learning experiences. Orientation continues beyond the completion of the program by the unit preceptors for as long as necessary to assure competent performance of the new nurses.

Any RN who has less than one year of experience practicing must begin in this program. An Internship Agreement must be signed before beginning work as a New Graduate nurse.
