Location and Parking600 Chatham Medical Park Take Hwy 421 to 77 North. Take Exit 83 (left exit) for Highway 21 and Sparta/Elkin. Take next left towards Elkin. At end of ramp, turn left. Drive the equivalent of two city blocks to stop light across from Lowe's. Turn left at the light and travel for approximately 1/4 mile. Turn right (look for signs for Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital and follow those). When you see the hospital directly in front of you, turn right into Medical Park. The office is one of the last sections - in the middle - 600 Chatham Medical Park.
