Forsyth Medical Center’s commitment to the community of Winston-Salem, Forsyth County and beyond will be showcased in the bright September sun during its Fall Festival Saturday September 25, 2010 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. People from across the area are invited to enjoy the festival food (barbeque, hot dogs, cotton candy, sno-cones, drinks and more) as well as the fun and games which include a ball toss into a hospital potty chair, a bouncy house and a human hamster ball and video game showcase provided by Games 2 U. The Fall Festival will be held on the campus of Forsyth Medical Center. The public can enter through the Bethesda Road entrance which is off Hawthorne Road. Parking and gate admission are free.
“We are proud to be holding our second-annual Fall Festival and provide all proceeds to the United Way of Forsyth County,” said Heather Freeman, Forsyth Medical Center’s United Way Fall Festival Chairperson. “By inviting local companies and organizations to join us in this community festival, we have already surpassed our fundraising for last year and look forward to putting on a festival that the whole family will love!”
