The LiveSmart Theraputic Lifestyle Change program at Forsyth Medical Center is a roadmap to cardiovascular disease prevention. It is lifestyle intervention initiative, centered around exercise, weight management, and education that focuses on making positive lifestyle changes to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

This 8-week program is tailored to your individual needs and specializes in the prevention, early detection and management of cardiovascular disease.  You gain access to our multidisciplinary staff of nurses, dieticians, exercise specialists and licensed professional counselors, through seminars, screenings, and individualized fitness planning.

Class Information

 Classes are ongoing. Orientation dates for the FMC program are Thursday, March 26th at noon, Thursday, May 28th at noon, and Thursday, July 30th at noon.
