At the Women's Heart Center at Forsyth Medical Center, you will receive a one-hour personalized risk assessment to help identify and understand your risk factors. We will work closely with you and your physician to develop an individualized wellness plan to address any risk factors.

In addition, the Women's Heart Center offers many free classes and programs to help you learn more about your heart health and what you can do to lower your risk of developing heart disease.
