Pediatric Diabetes Education
Individual education is available for adolescents, teens and parents. Group classes are also available as appropriate for ages.
Diabetes Prevention
This is a class for prevention of type 2 diabetes. Topics include pre-diabetes and metabolic syndrome, weight loss and exercise strategies, lipid education and much more.
Taking Charge of Your Health
This two-hour class is a refresher course for people with diabetes. Topics include diabetes management and nutrition updates, exercise tips, weight control and how to stay motivated.
Support Groups
We offer monthly support groups for people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. They are held at our office and are free of charge. For more information please call 277-1660.
