L.I.T.E (Losing Inches Through Education)

This program consists of four hours of instruction over a period of two visits. It is taught by dietitians, nurses and an exercise physiologist teaching strategy and information that will help you become successful in reaching your goals. Topics will include: portion control and reading food labels, the importance of support and goals and introduction to exercise to name a few. For more information, please call 277-1660 

Individual Nutrition Counseling
