Inpatient Rehabilitation

Forsyth Rehab has been a rehabilitation leader since 1971. We are proud that Forsyth Rehabilitation Center has been accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) for our Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs-Hospital (Adults) and our Inpatient Rehabilitation Stroke Specialty Program.  

To be admitted to the inpatient rehabilitation facility, a patient must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to breathe without a ventilator.
• Require daily physician medical management and 24 hour nursing care and physician availability.
• Be able to participate in three non-consecutive hours of therapy per day.
