The 2010 Forsyth Rehabilitation Center Report Card is completely “virtual” this year -- and is available online now for your convenience. Here are some highlights:
- 96% of all patients showed improvements in Functional Independence Measure (FIM) scores from admission to discharge.
- We surpassed by 4.8% the 2010 national average percentage of all patients discharged to the community, as measured by eRehabdata.
- 92% of our discharged patients who were surveyed by Professional Research Consultants rated our overall quality of care as excellent or very good.
