A prescription for physical or occupational therapy from a physician is necessary to make an appointment. Orthopaedic rehabilitation services are offered through the Martinat Outpatient Rehabilitation Center locations in Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Mocksville, Mount Airy, and King. Our staff will attempt to verify your insurance coverage prior to your first appointment. We accept most insurances.
