Stroke Navigator

Recovery from a stroke can be challenging for the patient and their family. To help during this time of healing, one of the Forsyth Stroke & Neuroscience Institute's stroke navigators will give you the support and information you need on the way to recovery.

A stroke navigator is a member of your healthcare team and can help you understand more about your diagnosis, your treatments and what will happen while you are a patient here. Our navigators will also assist you on the road to recovery after discharge from the hospital. This care is free and available to all of our patients.
