Weight management is so important as a prevention technique for many chronic and life-threatening medical conditions.
Healthy Family Program
At the Sara Lee Center for Women's Health, we can connect you with doctors and nutritionists who can help you take control of your weight. We offer the Healthy Family Program for families that want to adopt a healthier lifestyle through education, counseling, family involvement and group support.
There are special programs geared for the 10-18 year old. Our 12-week Healthy Family Adolescent Weight Management Program targets overweight adolescent girls and boys in this age group, and their parents to help the entire family adapt healthier lifestyles.
