One of the best ways to rate healthcare quality is through data collected by an independent source. We voluntarily participate in programs to measure our performance and compare with other hospitals throughout the nation. As quality initiatives continue to evolve and standardize, we will continue taking steps to ensure that we participate in programs which bring the most important information to our community.

The federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) publish the results of several patient quality measures at hospitals across the U.S., including these key areas in which Forsyth Medical Center, Medical Park Hospital and Thomasville Medical Center participate.
